By using the CareSense AI-Powered Health Coaching Service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User Legal Agreement ("Agreement") between you and CareSense.ai ("the Company"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Service.
1. Purpose and Scope
The Service is designed to provide general health information and support through an AI-powered virtual health assistant. The Service is not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Disclaimer of Medical Advice
The information provided by the Service is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received through the Service. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
3. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Your participation in the Service does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and the Company or any of its affiliates, employees, or agents. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. Personal Data Protection
The Company is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by the Company or its licensors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.
8. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
By using the CareSense AI-Powered Health Coaching Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User Legal Agreement.

CareSense.ai ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy Agreement outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered health coaching Service, Mandy (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1.1 We may collect personal data that you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, conversations and interactions with our AI health coach and other health-related information when you register for the Service. Conversations and interactions include, but are not limited to, images of meals and other health-related content you submit through the Service.
1.2 We may also collect usage data automatically when you interact with the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and other similar information.
1.3 The Service may collect sensitive personal data, such as age, gender, ethnicity, and information on disabilities, to personalize your experience and provide relevant health coaching.
1.4 You agree and consent to us, our authorized service providers and third parties to collect, use and disclose and/ or retain your Personal Data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy Agreement.
2.1 We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, as well as to personalize your experience and deliver relevant health coaching content. For example, we analyze meal images to provide nutritional insights and recommendations.
2.2 We may share your health-related information with third-party healthcare providers when you request or consent to medical referrals through the Service.
2.3 We may use your information to communicate with you about the Service, including sending you notifications, updates, and marketing communications.
2.4 We may use artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to analyze the information we collect and generate insights to improve the Service and our services.
3.1 We may share your personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service and conducting our business, such as hosting, analytics, and customer support providers.
3.2 We may disclose your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
3.3 In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
4.1 We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
4.2 We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy Agreement, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
4.3 We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore and strive to adhere to its data protection obligations, including the Accountability, Consent, Purpose Limitation, Notification, Access and Correction, Accuracy, Protection, Retention Limitation, Transfer Limitation, and Data Breach Notification obligations.
5.1 You have the right to access, correct, and update your personal data held by us. You may also withdraw your consent for the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
5.2 You may opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications.
6.1 We reserve the right to update or change this Privacy Policy Agreement at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of the policy.
